Modern Minimalist Interior Design Concept
Overview: This concept transforms a vacant lobby into a dynamic “Innovation Hub,” designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and forward-thinking. The clean, minimalist architecture serves as a canvas for interactive technology, branded storytelling, and flexible collaborative zones. The color palette of wood tones, greens, and bright whites reflects the company’s commitment to growth and sustainable innovation.
Key Features:
Branded Entrance & Mission Wall: The back wall becomes a “Mission Wall.” The word cloud is refined, featuring a central, illuminated “INNOVATION” sign. The surrounding words (Growth, Learning, Collaboration, etc.) are integrated into a kinetic art piece or a series of small, interactive displays.
The “Collaboration Core” Pillar: The central wood-clad pillar is transformed into a functional centerpiece. A custom-built, circular soft seating bench with integrated USB charging ports encircles the base, creating a casual meeting spot or “Collaboration Core.” Above the seating, a ring of smart glass could provide an 360-degree display surface for company news, project updates, or ambient, data-inspired animations.
Smart Glass Partitions with Brand Integration: The frosted glass on the right is replaced with smart privacy glass that can transition from frosted to clear with the touch of a button. The branded frosting features the “EXTOLAS” logo (now reading correctly) integrated with sleek, circuit-board-inspired line art to subtly reference technology and connection.
Integrated Tech & Lighting: Slim, linear LED light strips are integrated into the floor and ceiling, guiding visitors through the space. The ceiling features “smart” recessed lighting that can adjust in temperature (warm to cool) to support different work modes and events.
Living Biophilic Elements: A large, multi-tiered planter with a variety of low-maintenance, air-purifying plants is placed near the windows on the left, softening the geometric lines and improving air quality.
Textured Materials: The floor is updated from standard high-gloss tiles to a more contemporary polished terrazzo with fine quartz aggregates, offering a subtle texture while maintaining the high-reflectivity required to bounce light throughout the deep space.
